Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FOUND website at found.community and the FOUND mobile application for iOS and Android, together with related services. The Service is operated by FOUND COMMUNITY LLC. By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use FOUND
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us at support@found.community if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to break any law, harass or threaten others, post objectionable content, exploit minors, or interfere with the Service.
4. Objectionable content
FOUND has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. Violations may result in immediate content removal and account termination.
5. Community content
Any content you submit remains yours, but you grant FOUND a worldwide license to host and display it. You are responsible for your content.
6. Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive updates from FOUND. You can opt out of non-essential messages using unsubscribe links.
7. Intellectual property
The FOUND name, logo, and branding are owned by FOUND and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Expo, and app stores. Your use is also subject to their terms.
9. Payments and gifts
Donations are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. FOUND does not vet users or take responsibility for interactions.
11. Limitation of liability
FOUND will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed $100 USD.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may delete your account anytime.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.
