This Privacy Policy explains how FOUND COMMUNITY LLC collects, uses, and protects your information when you use FOUND. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect account details (name, email, phone), location details (ZIP, city, state), profile information (photos, bio, onboarding answers), connections and activity, messages and posts, and payment confirmation.
We also automatically collect device and technical information, push notification tokens, and standard server logs.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to create and manage your account, match you with community, power messaging and groups, send updates, respond to support requests, process contributions, understand regional interest, review reported content, and meet legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers: Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Netlify, and Expo. Your profile is visible to other users, but email, phone, and exact ZIP are not.
4. Data security and retention
Your information is stored in the US. We use encryption and access controls. We retain data as long as needed for the Service and legal obligations.
5. Your rights
You can delete your account anytime, opt out of non-essential emails, control notifications, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@found.community.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. You can control cookies through browser settings.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
